Introductory Consultation

The introductory consultation is free of charge and lasts approximately 20 minutes. During this short call, we’ll briefly explore your current situation, what you may be looking for support in, and whether my approach feels aligned with what you need right now. Book your first consultation here.

Follow-up Sessions
Sessions are charged at €130 per hour (excluding 21% VAT). Most appointments take approximately 75–90 minutes.

Most clients choose to meet weekly or every two weeks. In many cases, coaching costs may be reimbursed by your employer, so it’s worth checking if your personal development budget can support this investment in yourself.

Parent Consultation
For parents or caregivers who would like guidance, evaluation, or alignment within their child’s recovery process. This is a conversation of 60 minutes. Costs are €130 per hour (excluding 21% VAT).
