Coaching

I work with women who feel stuck in their relationship with food, movement, and themselves. What I often see is that eating behavior is just one part of the picture — a way of coping with something deeper. Stress, uncertainty, insecurity, the need to feel safe or in control, or the fear of not being enough.

In our sessions, we explore where these patterns come from, what they might be trying to tell you, and what it is you truly need. We take the time to slow down. To listen. To become curious, rather than critical. The intention is always the same: to create more space, more clarity, a kinder relationship with yourself, and more peace in how you relate to food and your body.

Practical information

Sessions take place either in my practice in Amsterdam or online, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Coaching is a meaningful investment in yourself, with the potential to bring lasting growth and positive change. It’s a conscious choice to dedicate your time, energy, and resources to getting support in addressing the challenges in your life.

The cost for an intake is €70 (excluding 21% BTW). The cost per session is €130 per hour (excluding 21% BTW). In many cases, coaching costs may be reimbursed by your employer, so it’s worth checking if your personal development budget or similar options can support this investment in yourself.

If the full rate feels out of reach right now, but you’re committed to the work, feel free to let me know. I keep a small number of reduced-rate spots available for those who need it. I trust your sense of what feels right, and we can look together at what might be possible.
